Care and safety Wash according to the care label on the purchased fabric; the listing for the exact model indicates that it can be washed at up to 60°C. Shape the freshly washed cover while it is still damp. Do not wash the foam core. After refitting the cover, fully close and tuck away the zipper. Adjust washing and care methods to the material composition and the manufacturer's recommendations. Use as intended and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Check the product regularly; discontinue use if it is damaged. WARNING - Never use more than one mattress in the cot (cot and suspended cradle). WARNING - Make sure the cot (cot and suspended cradle) is not positioned near an open flame or strong sources of heat, such as electric radiant heaters, gas ovens, etc. • Make sure you have purchased the correct mattress size for your Babybay cot model. • Allow the mattress to air thoroughly during the day so that moisture absorbed overnight can be released into the room. Always make sure the bedroom is well ventilated to prevent mould and mildew. • For environmental reasons, no UV stabiliser is added to the foam. Slight yellowing of the foam is therefore possible. However, this does not affect the function or comfort of the cot in any way. • This mattress is intended for use only in bedside cots from the babybay® brand. • If the mattress has a label indicating the sleeping surface, make sure that the marked sleeping surface is facing upwards. • Wash the cover according to the instructions for the purchased material. • Stretch the freshly washed cover while it is still damp to make it easier to fit over the foam core once dry. • The foam core is not washable. • After refitting the cover, the zipper must be fully closed. The zipper should be tucked far enough into the cover that the child cannot reach it. • The cot is not suitable for use if any of its parts are damaged, torn, broken or missing; only replacement parts recommended by Tobi GmbH & Co KG may be used.
